I banked with one of the "big" banks here in town for over twenty years before I discovered Financial Security Bank. I can't say how regretful I am that I didn't look into their bank and services years ago. Financial Security Bank is the opposite of everything that there is to dislike about a large bank. They get to know their customers, you get to talk to a real person when you call, and they are willing to go the extra mile and help you with whatever you may need when it comes to banking. They are AWESOME, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bank or who is simply unhappy with the service they get at their current bank.
