What a disaster. The women were all using the men's restroom because apparently theirs was too disgusting. They also don't have real cream and make to use the little gas station creamers. They were willing to split a cooler between 2 people though, so 2 stars.
Came in one evening on our way to the cities for dinner. There were two people in front of me. The manager that night was a complete jerk. (Thin, late 30s or early 40s, and a blonde bun). She treated not only her employee working with her but also the customer in front of me so horribly I almost called her out on it and left, but I wanted that coffee and definitely didn't want spit in it. The employee looked crushed, and the customer was so embarrassed and looked like she felt so stupid thanks to this manager. They both looked like they could have burst into tears at any moment. Absolutely appalling. When it was my turn I tried to give the employee my most understanding smile I could muster up. This woman should be fired. I wish they wore name tags so I could complain directly to Caribou.
Worst visit at a Caribou Coffee. Stopped in to grab myself a beverage and the woman that rang me up (blonde, no make up, orange skin, "Monroe" piercing, maybe a little older) was very rude, didn't ask for my perks rewards, didn't look at me, and she gossiped to her coworker the whole time. While my drink was being made, I used the restroom quickly and when I came out, my drink was sitting at the pick up area, so I went to grab it and thanked the blonde girl and she completely ignored me.
There were seven people working when I came in today with my two parents and younger sister. All four of us ordered a drink and it took ten minutes to get our orders! There were seven workers, four customers, no one else in the store and it still took forever. Very disappointed in the service and they had leaked coffee grounds everywhere on the tiled floors!!! Disgusted by the cleanliness and service of this location, I don't recommend it to anyone!
The register girl was kinda rude the older lady making the drinks was very nice she gets 5 stars and a raise register girl should get the shaft and 1 star
