Mike was the best! We bought a new home and were looking to update our furniture. Mike was very patient with us and worked with us for several days as we were undecided on the furniture we wanted and kept coming back and forth. He was very professional and never pushed anything on us. If you're looking for a great experience I would highly recommend asking for Mike!

I couldn’t be more happy than the service I received today from Steve Wick! I didn’t have to lift a finger and he directed me to the chest dresser that was exactly what I was looking on a description from me of I need a dresser for the nursery and here is the color of the crib! I really wanted to Thank Ashley Furniture for going above and beyond your normal customer service. My husband and I were trying to decide on a couch for our new house. We have a two year old and a baby due soon. We wanted to make sure that the couch was durable and our family could grow with the couch. I asked a lot of questions because the couch was a few grand and a huge investment for us. I originally had gone in with my daughter and just wanted to look at what they had. I sometimes feel bothered by salespeople hovering but a woman came up right away and left us alone to to browse. We came back as a family with my husband and the same woman ended up helping us. Her name was Nora and the assistant manager. She didn't push anything on us and helped answer my many questions. She helped us make our decision and led to our big purchase. I also wanted to talk about the delivery service. They did an amazing job and they were VERY nice. I wish I got their names. Overall I will shop at Ashley again. Thank you!
Very pleased every time we go into this store. Today we were greeted by a Sales Representative that was very informational but at the same time, sent us on our way to look. A short time later he came and checked on us to see if we had any questions.
