I’ve been bringing my cars to Rob’s shop for at least five years, and I’ve always had a great experience there. Everyone is friendly, the space is comfortable and clean (free wi-fi) and Rudy and Halo (canine mascots) make waiting enjoyable.
I can always trust what they say and do, and their digital inspection report makes it super easy for me to understand what is wrong, including what needs fixing now and what can wait. It also helps me keep track of what has been done on our vehicles.

It was the closest shop to where my car decided to break down, and I am happy it was there. They got me in right away, fixed my car within 24 hours, plus they put new tires on my SUV after I added the service, hours later. The prices were reasonable but the customer service was beyond what I expected. They were patient and honest...plus they did not nickel and dime me for things my car didnt need. I paid a little more to save a headache, and the dogs in the waiting room help you forget about your troubles. I have recommended Precision Auto to my family and friends for both repairs and new tires.
They keep track of what I need to have done! They saved me 2 years ago at Thanksgiving and worked to get me a new battery when my car died in a food store parking lot. They stayed on the Wednesday before thanksgiving to get me a battery. For the next year they monitored what I needed to have done before my 100000 mile warranty ran out and they still give me their opinion on what needs to be done. Thanks! I also know that my Grandson loves Rudy and Halo.
Went in for a break job thinking the rotors were warped & needed replacing. Was informed just a little rust buildup was the only concern. The shop suggested that I really should be good for about another 20 to 30K more miles.
