Very disappointed with the customer service. They were open a half hour late because they forgot to unlock the doors. Both employees didnt seem to see my husband and I even though we we're standing right outside the door. Only after knocking to get their attention did they attend to us. Just not what I was hoping for when spending so much money.
My partner and i just happened to stroll in there one night. Met Maria and Galina.... they were wonderful and helped us find just the right pieces to add to our rings.
We couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience!!!!
Always friendly & helpful.
No signs displaying what times the store is open website says 10:00 and we're outside at 10:30 they see us standing outside the door. We might be invisible looking for a mirror now to check.
