It needs big improvements no good take it from me better off with a frozen pizza!

This place has great pizza, pasta, and Calzones, Their entire menu is pretty good. Everything is always fresh and well prepared. The calzones are stuffed fat with toppings and are some of my favorite around.

Ordered the first time, Pizza and pasta was cold and way overpriced. Gave them a 2nd chance, this time it took over 90 minutes to cook and delivery and of course arrived cold, granted this was a Sunday night so may have been a little bit busy, still 90 minutes! Called to ask for a refund, they said they would comp the pizza on my next trip, . Called a few weeks later, of course the pizza was not comped. Will go to Andy's Hometown pizza from now on, better pizza anyway.

They have good fresh ingredients. The sausage and hamburger tastes way better than the kind you get at any other pizza place in the area. I have ordered many times and they always make it great. I also really enjoy the “splash” thing you can do. If you haven’t tried that go ahead and try the Sweet Heat on a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. They also have a good Mac and cheese pizza that is sometimes the pizza of the month, but you can still get it as a secret menu item.

The staff is friendly and hard working, even on those late night dinner orders :)

Just make sure you use a coupon or ask for the deals because it could get expensive really quick.

Saturday night I had company. Ordered $70 worth of food. Had it delivered, and of course was charged the delivery fee. I guess I would have to ask, what does that delivery fee entail. If you're going to charge me extra for delivery I would assume that the order would be double checked for accuracy. They forgot to send my 9 piece cheese garlic bread with dipping sauce. When the driver arrived I pointed this out and he pulled out the receipt and verified that it was paid for and he should have had it. He informed me that he was told the order was ready to go. I had company over, so I must admit I was a little pissed. He did run back up and get the order of bread but to be honest by the time he returned we were done eating. If a pizza company is going to charge delivery fee, there should be a reasonable expectation that the order is delivered correctly. We were very disappointed. As many pizza delivery companies that are in town you would think that customer satisfaction is of top priority.
