I made 1 called and Kristen was able to find the sheepskin ugg cuff boot with no problem after I called 30 other stores. She was very awesome
3 times "if they can you find anything" SMH. I work hard in a professional field and am not a thief by any means. Very uncomfortable although i made 2 purchases that day not cool or comfortable.

After a mix up with an online order, I called the albertville ugg outlet store and spoke to a representative who was able to find me the exact pair of slippers I was looking for, in my size, and on sale. They were a limited edition slipper only available at an outlet store during this holiday season. Since I live two hours away, they offered to ship the slippers to me for only $5, and I received them the NEXT day! It was great customer service and they even sent a receipt in an envelope in case I needed to return. I appreciate the great service by all there!
